Step into who you truly are

You are capable of more than you realize.

The challenge is learning how to truly see that.

I help people move past old stories, limiting beliefs, and patterns that keep them stuck—not with judgment or fixes, but with deep listening, compassionate presence, and powerful inquiry.

Sometimes what we really need is someone who can hear what’s beneath the words and the narratives we carry. Someone who stands with us in the hard moments and helps us access our own clarity, courage, and wisdom.

For more than three decades, I’ve walked with individuals just like you—men and women who are ready to step into a life that feels bigger, freer, and more aligned with who they truly are.

I walk with you as far as you’re willing to go, helping you transform what’s possible into what’s real.

My Journey

I draw from decades of lived experience and deep listening to walk alongside people during times of transition, questioning, and growth.

My role is not to lead you somewhere new, but to help you reconnect with what is already true for you.

My personal work began in 1986. At twenty-two, I experienced what I can only describe as a sudden awakening—a quiet but undeniable knowing that I needed help to truly come home to myself and become the woman I was meant to be.

Alcoholics Anonymous became the solid ground where my journey began. I will always be grateful for the Twelve Steps—not only for sobriety and the tools to remain sober, but for the foundation they gave me for honest self-reflection, accountability, and growth. It was also through AA that I met my husband, Mark. Together, we raised our children in a sober, values-centered home.

In the early 1990s, Mark participated in a men’s program called The New Warrior Training Adventure. I watched something shift in him—a new clarity, presence, and fire that was deeply compelling. That shift led me to the sister program, Woman Within Training, and opened an entirely new chapter of my life.

Supporting women through AA and Woman Within felt deeply right—it is part of who I am. And still, my own journey toward authenticity continued to unfold. There was more to recover, more to integrate, and more to learn about myself. I followed each invitation as it appeared. When I encountered obstacles, I found another way forward. Even closed doors—like a men’s-only Mission Training—became teachers along the way.

This work has never been about fixing others. It has always been about walking alongside—listening deeply, honoring truth, and creating space for what wants to emerge.

All of these experiences—recovery, leadership, facilitation, motherhood, partnership, and continued self-inquiry—have shaped the way I work today. I draw from decades of lived experience and deep listening to walk alongside people during times of transition, questioning, and growth. My role is not to lead you somewhere new, but to help you reconnect with what is already true for you.
